This thread will prove a few things..
Many of you say : Sasuke (or ANYONE) is better than naruto, all naruto does is spam nine tails and if he didn't have it he would suck. I say this: :flaw:
If Naruto did not have nine tails do you know how strong he would be?
He'd have great control of chakra and a lot of it too.
His father: Minato Namikaze, the fourth hokage, a prodigy and a master of ninjutsu. His mother: Able to be the jinchuuriki's host. Not all people can become the host, example: 8 tails going beserk because etc etc.. (end of thinking cap lol)
Secondly: The Nine Tails acts as a double edge sword. Althought it grants the user almighty strength, it also suppresses your chakra control. So, basically, Nine Tails has its ups and downs.
My point overall: He would be an excellent ninja. Probably better if not as good as Sasuke when they were younger. But i know a lot of you will say something along the lines of this: If he didn't have nine tails, Jiraiya would not have trained or something like that. Yes that is true.
Naruto is an excellent ninja, with nine tails and without.
Im not a fanboy, my favorite Characters are not him. Itachi Deidara Konan and 3rd Raikage in that order. Thanks for reading , if you didnt, thanks for not reading
Edit: How bout this: If Naruto had been the amazing ninja like i said he wouldn't be put in the same squad as sasuke, in his spot kiba might of been put in or who knows. Then he wouldn't have died from Haku. Furthermore, Sasuke would not have left the village, and if he did, Naruto probably wouldn't be fighting him, it would be like shino or kiba (orwhoever was their team). Yes, Sasuke got all these upgrades, but Kishimoto did that to make them even. With that statement, he would have upgraded naruto, right? He'd probably be just as good
Further and probably final edit = =: If he didn't get nine tails wouldn't the plot change like i said in the paragraph above? Thanks, Chewbacca out.
