Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood is. The original 2003 FMA was pretty good, but not as good, at least that is the opinion of the majority.

OT: It is still my favorite anime of all time. I only know a few shows that can compare.

Dude, watch Brotherhood first but yeah you're right. Forget a masterpiece like FMA, Nardo in its entirety isn't even on the level of season 1 of Attack on Titan as a stand-alone.
