Conclusion;
Sasuke vs Naruto battle was concluded when both fight when Sasuke go to Orochimaru.
Coming soon, Both Naruto & Sasuke will fight against Madara.
Since Sasuke knew about Madara was the person involve in annihilated Uchiha clan.
Secretly, Itachi gave his eyes to Sasuke, as to reach the higher level in sharingan, in order to fight Madara. Power of having Brother's eyes. The same as how Madara obtain his brother eyes.
Naruto will be the Hokage, but only for a short period.
Then Naruto die young (same way as his father, Minato) and hand over the Hokage title to another.

1.) Madara broke the seal. The whole 5 minute prep time he said he needed to Zetsu while waiting for the Rinnegan was to break the seal holding in Kurama.

2.) Doesn't matter who breaks the seal, once broken and extracted, the host has only the amount of time their chakra allows them to have.

Naruto is definitely not dead, the manga is about him, so that's kind of obvious. Not sure who told you he was dead. Kurama most likely did something to further prolong Naruto's life or maybe even save it, we don't know. We'll just have to find out soon, however, the story is so far following my call on Naruto being a tragic hero. His destiny was foreseen prior to his birth as being the one to save the world. However, they didn't say at what cost it would be to save. So far, the death of many and most likely, even the death of Naruto is required to save the world. He wants to give the world a reason to stop fighting, and what better way than to show the world that he will stand and fight for not just his friends, but for other countries as well, and even sacrifice himself to save them all.

How is it that Madara could break a seal that was taken off by Naruto himself? Madara's good but he can't remove Naruto's seal without physical contact.

You neevr know. Naruto can die and in this scenario he SHOULD die. But this is simply me giving reasons of why Kishi would try and keep Naruto around and being able to explain it.

Naruto is so weakened that he is now out of the fight Every time a TB has been extracted, the host is either incredibly weakened or dead. NB seems to think Naruto will just get right back up and activate SM and keep fighting. Stay tuned for that to not happen. Naruto's out of commission for at least 2-3 chapters prolly

Either it's going to be another chakra war type thing, and naruto will pull kurama back in, or he get's extracted and because he is an uzumaki, ultimately survives.
