Nah, Naruto>Minato. Tobi's dumbass tactic was easily countered by Minato. That was nothing more than plot. Tobi not using any Rinnegan abilities is clearly plot. I don't know how they can counter a CT

If under differentt circumstance where Tobi isn't trying to grab the God damn opponent, he could defeat Minato. Obviously, right now, Kishimoto is trying to make him look like a dumbass grabbing shit when he's fighting four ****ing people.Its not going to work. Kishi can write better than this.

You guys know i am not a minato fanboy or naruto fanboy.This is factually.Minato alone take down tobi while Naruto,kakashi,killerbee and gai with plan and past knowledge of tobi skill cannot hit tobi.Tobi have not use rinnegan or any jutsu

I think KM Naruto is the fastest in foot speed (I could show the manga pages). The reason Minato won against Tobi was because he could teleport, so that even though Tobi touched Minato he teleported away. So he won because of teleportation, and even Minato said that you need certain abilities (example: teleportation) to defeat Tobi. KM Naruto is the fastest that I know of, but speed is not enough to defeat Tobi, because he can make himself intangible in an instant.
Minato's instant teleportation (not speed) was a good counter for Tobi's technique. Although that battle made Tobi seem less analytical than he is in the battle against Naruto, Kakashi, Guy, and Bee. When he was against Minato I thought Tobi would have realized that Minato was going to teleport to the kunai.
Another example is how Kisame was defeated by Guy because of Guy's unique abilities to counter Kisame's abilities.
