This is one of the few times I disagree with you. Naruto's transformations are superb and make him perfect for stealth missions. He's also great for scouting because of the clone knowledge trick. He's not as good at this as team 7 but he's better than team 11.

Yes he has all the materials to so all those things but usually he only uses these for fighting.

I have no problem with your list, but I feel Orochimaru and kisame are also worthy of the list.

Being a stealthy assassin is not the definition of ninja in the Narutovese. Jiraya, Hashirama, and Naruto have all stated that a Shinobi is one who endures to achieve their goals.

Just look at the other characters they are not any thing like real world's version of ninja.

Long story short by Narutoverse standards Naruto would be one of the best ninja.

Do the Raikage or Might Gai look like they could infiltrate a base, what about Tsunade or Killer Bee. Does that mean they are all bad ninja.

Just look at Hashirama an enormous goof ball yet he is considered the greatest ninja of all.

Being unable to not infiltrate a base doesn't make you a bad ninja. Gai, and the raikage are great, however, In discussions about who is the better ninja overall take account that they have other missions and skills besides just fighting. Naruto is still a good ninja to me but overall he is not in an elite class.

Most people wont admit it but oro is preety bad ass. If oro was a good guy and was given missions I say he would be more likely to complete S ranked missions more than naruto. As we have seen Oro plans so well ahead much like Itachi. we thought he was dead but he put himself in a situation to be brought back. Now he has managed to get senju d.n.a. He is marticulous and careful. If you have ways naruto is better share them with me (this is not sarcasm i swear). Lol

This is not a bash by the way. I think the term ninja got confused with people who are strong. Thinking about it a ninja isn't just about being strong or just about being smart, I think there needs to be a combination of both. Think about some of the difficult assignments that other ninja's had to face. Itachi-he created this illusion and died on purpose for the village. Can anyone picture Naruto doin all the crap he did, the mass deception? I certainly can't. As much as I hate to admit it Itachi is a top 5 ninja as he can carry out difficult missions, gather intel, and fight. Being able to figure out enemy strengths and weaknessess is also important. (kakashi, Itachi. etc). Complex difficult missions such as infiltration spying is a lil out of naruto's expertise. He is a great fighter but many are better ninjas.
Is there any truth to this?

Lol. Pretty much jk. Basically I feel that Oro can complete more missions than naruto. (Gather intel, Spy, destroy an organiztion from the inside, break seals, find this person that person etc)
