Sasuke want out on a mission to do good to make up for his sinful past ,and also solve some mysteries of Kaguya family.Therefore ,Sasuke will be going to different known and unknown villages to sort out their problems ,while he look for clues.

This mean Sasuke is making peace in the Narutoverse by soloing the remaining villians,and plus protecting Konoha from Toneri and others .While Naruto just doing indoor paper work for konoha and eating ramen .In the end Sasuke still on his mission for world peace and he still not living konoha,which mean Naruto did not accomplish his goals fully while Sasuke is .The chain probably a sign of appreciation from different countries for protecting their villages .

I don't agree. He has accomplished everything he's been screaming since "Enter:Uzumaki Naruto". He united the five major shinobi villages, he was accepted by his comrade and made Hokage, and he brought Sasake-kun back. On top of that, only losing two friends while saving the world (Jiraiya-sama and Neji-san). Sasuke is probably an advisor to the Hokage but since his rank is Sannin he can travel the world just like Jiraiya...true Naruto is probably stuffing his face with ramen when even he can but not useless...
