Naruto is Kage level? How come guys?

To become a Kage takes more than just tangible things. Naruto is above and beyond the level of a Kage. You're really just refusing to acknowledge it. Naruto has 90% of anything tangible needed to become a Kage. Jutsu, Techinques, etc. He has 110% of anything intangible needed to become a Kage. Battle smarts, courage, kindness, support, etc. Lol

By the way, 9 tails chakra is not borrowed power. He had to beat Kurama to gain it and train to use it properly. He only needs Kurama to help him into BM. However, he's the one using it. It's not like Kurama's doing the fighting for him.
Claiming that Naruto's not skilled because he uses the 9 tails is one of the dummest arguments of all time. The reason is that for most of his life, being a jinchuriki ruined his chakra control and hindered his progress as a ninja and can't do one-handed ransengans. This means Naruto doesn't have an unfair advantage over other ninjas, as it has both benefits and disadvantages.
It's pointless to downplay Naruto for using Kurama since he's part of him and will never be separated from him. This is like saying that Sasuke and Madara are weak without implanting their EMS. Kurama is part of Naruto's power, and Naruto's skill is controlling such a huge and difficult to control chakra. Deal with it.

If I read that chapter well, Kakashi never said that every jounin must use more that 2, he only said that most jounins try to develop more chakra natures.
Naruto is a Kage Level Shinobi ever since he beat Pain. And right now, he is stronger than each of the individual 5 kages.
Sasuke is Kage level too maybe, but he is well below Naruto.

Naruto isn't kage level. Kurama is. Base naruto is barely a jonin. He needs to entire his 5 minute SM to become somewhat low kage level... for 5 minutes. OR entire BM/KCM to entire high kage level, at which point it's more kurama's power than anything which is the driving force
Fact is without naruto there would be no KM or BM and were anyone else to gain the fox, this is what they look like.

once naruto gained KM it became as much his power as it is kurama's. No one else can do what he did given the same circumstances so I'd say it is without a doubt naruto's power. Without him the juubi would have destroyed the alliance.
That is untrue. It's possible that someone else could have gained control. The fact is, no matter how much control he has over the kyuubi, it's still not his chakra. The kyuubi can turn his head at any point and let naruto over-use his reserves so kurama can take over. It's only because kurama allows him to do as he pleases that he can. What happens if kyuubi is extracted? He loses that power, therefore it's not his. He's just borrowing it from a supply which isn't resisting anymore.
Like i said. It's mostly Kurama's power (Chakra reserves, BM's, Strength & speed enhancements) which bump naruto up to high kage. Without it, he's barely a jounin, if he's even that (in base). His only other option would be SM to get him into low kage levels, but he has to meditate for that.
Without kurama. Naruto isn't kage level. He wouldn't have even perfected SM that quickly, nor would he be able to do alot of what he's doing. Because he's tamed the fox, doesn't mean it's suddenly his power. The fox can still be extracted.
to the bold, even if it is true, no one has done this up until naruto got the fox, so whether or not anyone else could control the fox is completely irrelevant, seeing as no one has up until now. The fox without naruto is a mass of hatred and drives most people insane. only uzumaki's thus far have been it's host since being a jinchuuriki puts a strain on the body.
You can argue all you want but the fact is without naruto, the fox wouldn't be as much of an entity as he is in the fight against the juubi, before naruto got to him he was nothing but a living grudge. naruto did what no one else could, he tamed the fox, therefore it is his power and his alone.
