This is type of Sharingan has 3 tomoe. It allows the user to perceive motions, copy the motions perceived, and predict motions. All I see is two people going back and forth dealing blows. Exhausted. Sasuke with just his 3T is hella exhausted meaning his body movement is slow. His 3T loses effect if he can't put the body speed behind it, just like Lee taught him so long ago. Besides, the Sharingan and Rinnegan does nothing for a person in physical prowess. Bruh Sasky was nerfed as well. He could have used preta path to absorb nardo's attacks until he runs out of chakra, then use the Indra arrow to finish Naruto off. It's a shame that they're both nerfed. Both of them going all out would result in no winner.
