When Naruto met the 6 tailed beast( 2 tails, 3 tails, 4 tails, 5 tails, 6 tails, 7 tails) in the psyche plane, they gave tiny bit of their chakra to Naruto, and he already had the 9 tails half chakra.....now Obito has given the other half of 9 tails chakra to naruto (and most probably he has also given the chakra of 8 tails and 1 tails that he took from madara jubbi jin)....so now naruto has tiny bit chakra of all the tailed beasts and half chakra of 9 tails....here one thing that has to be noted is that Jubito and Madara(jubbi jin) didn't had the yin chakra of kyubi!
now the only thing that is missing is the rinnegan, which he will get from sasuke ( sasuke is gonna evolve his sharingan in rinnegan because he got the senju cells of hashirama like Madara did)
and we also know that for the revival of jubbi's powers only tiny bit of chakra of all the tailed beasts is needed(that was told by Obito when he revived Jubbi)
So in this way NAruto is ganna become perfect Reincarnation of SO6P!!
