Overall, it's not boring, just not as exciting as before. I believe it went down with the war and a bit more when Obito was revealed as Tobi.

Aw you only say its boring after a bad chapter but just a few weeks ago when Naruto and Kakashi was facing off with Tobi and Madara everybody was going nuts about the manga
