This doesn't prove anything, he basically teleported. That's doesn't mean he's faster physically then Naruto. If Sasuke and Naruto was to have a race Sasuke would be outrun; and like it was stated Sasuke has a range where he can teleported and when he was teleported to that dimension it was around the range where he can teleported. This doesn't mean he's necessarily faster. If that's the case then Slender would be the fastest mofo to outrun.
