I really don't know who is faster. It seems like Sasuke's speed is really unclear due to the addition of the rinnegan. From the scans it is pretty clear that Naruto is faster, wen though it seems like Sasuke is able to teleport himself/objects. So until Sasuke's tech is explained I'm going with Naruto as well.
