Haa haa.. people refer to Hagoromo power.. Seal or Mark at Naruto & Sasuke hand... Yin kurama just add to complete Kyuubi state due to Minato split it by Yin & Yang, others Tail beasts or Bijuu (from 1 tail to 8 tail) in complete state coz they never been split by Yin & Yang... Yin kurama can not be accounted...
