As the title says, my thoughts are clear, and I already know that many would not like it - especially all the people who think that six paths techs can be done only with Rinnegan. Well, for now, though we know that anyone with Rinnegan can use the jutsu, it not stated anywhere than it is impossible without it. So let me show you how Naruto is awakening this owesome jutsu.
1. It all started when Naruto started to seal his chakra inside the Shinobi
That is true. We know that in order to use six paths techs externally, one need to establish some kind of chakra connection with the corpse. Nagato used chakra rod (or his will, or madara's will). Even Madara told Obito to use his will when using that Jutsu. So here, Naruto sealed his chakra directly without any rod.
2. Naruto can transmit chakra though the connection as well as control it.
Well, stay tuned, we are getting there. Later, we saw that Naruto can control his chakra, as well as transmit chakra over the connection. The transmission is proven by the fact that he can control it. On the following two images, we can see Naruto in the air controlling the chakra to protect the shinobi against Juubi and ObitoDara. The cloaks are moving and blocking the rocks and giant shrunken while some fodder are just sitting doing nothing. Even Sakura's statement proves it.
3. Tobirama explained that the techniques was similar to Kage Bushin.
Against Obito's tree-Damas, Naruto shared Minato's chakra by using the trace of his previous chakra inside the SA. We saw that not only he increased the amount of chakra, but he also added Minato's, thus connecting all the SA to Minato through himself. Tobirama explained it using a Kage Bushin theory. Thus according to Tobirama, whatever Naruto does, the chakra inside the SA can also do the same movement. Here is the fact:
From here, we could say that it was a mere Kage Bushin. However, there is more to this. It is more than Kage Bushin, and I think it is a power that is awakening. The following point proves it.
4. Naruto can chose either to influence all his chakra simultaneously, or to manipulate a single instance of his chakra.
From 1-3, we saw that Naruto can establish chakra connection, he can control the chakra simultaneously, he can even diffuse information (example: Minato's chakra) to all of them at one, the chakra can repeat Naruto's movements, etc. If it were just this, it would be a simple Kage bushin using the body of the shinobi. However, 647 show something different. Naruto can target a single chakra and alter it. The eveidence is how he altered only Ino's chakra cloak to transmit his feelings and memories through her Jutsu.
Here, it is obvious that Naruto did not transmit his memories to all the chakra he sealed inside the SA soldiers. Rather, he altered or communicated only with the chakra inside Ino. Then, since Ino was transferring intel to the others, she started to transmit Naruto's mind without knowing initially. Another evidence that Naruto was using Ino as medium was Orochimaru and Tsunade when they received Naruto's memory through Ino. Those two do not have Naruto's chakra.
Also, talking about feelin or heart is kind of an abuse. In the following panel, you can see that the intel Naruto was sending to Ino was very specific to the point that Kiba could tell what event was being relayed. This means Naruto is showing them the exact intel he want them to know.
If you follow all the pages, Naruto was telling his story to the alliance through ion alone.
Conclusion
All the points here showed that Naruto can (1) Establish chakra connection just as Nagato could do, (2) Send chakra to each target through the connection just as Nagato could do, (3) control all the connections simultaneously just as Nagato , and above all (4) he can decide to use only a single channel as with Ino. The last point is the basis for the actual six path techniques in my opinion. Once he can use channel individually, he can use any of them to perform a given Jutsus. Thus one target can summon toads, while the other making biju bomb or Rasengan, etc.
