Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if Sasuke is the faster of the two now. I think people tend to forget that for the longest time Sasuke was the fastest of the two, obviously this changed with KCM came into play. Sasuke is simply taking back his throne.

I think that Naruto is better at just going fast, whereas Sasuke is agile.
