Recently (the past 3 weeks) I've been building an emotional bond with a girl and I realized she has a boyfriend who is an azzhole, and he's very possessive. These past three days he began driving her to class and waiting for her. She told me he's very angry about her talking to me and the gifts I gave her. She said he feels threatened by every one. Yesterday, he was waiting for her and I decided not to get near her. I spoke to her from far away and she said to text her. I told her to text me whenever she can because I know she'll be around him and texting me around him wouldn't be a good idea.

Anyway, she probably had an argument with him so she wasn't able to text me. The reason I believe so is because he most likely saw us interact even if we weren't nearby. I've decided I want to confess to her, that I do indeed have romantic feelings towards her. How can I go about this?
