Technically, there was that time that Naruto told Sasuke to protect the kids while Naruto handled Momoshiki's Bijuudama. That wasn't really an order, but Sasuke wouldn't have let Naruto sacrifice himself if he didn't respect Naruto's judgement. Same goes for when Sasuke questioned whether or not it was safe to allow the young Shins to enter Konoha's orphanage. He trusted Naruto.
