Nah Meteors don't have gravity, are not celestial bodies, and are significanlty smaller. Asteroid Buster should suffice they are celestial bodies bounded together by gravity which is still a planet buster

Some random wikia suggested that CT can create planets (which it can't, Hagaromo combined with Hamura could only achieve the Moon, which is also not a planet) and since Naruto destroyed meteors (once again, not a planet) you are now calling him a casual planet buster..

The only thing close to planet buster would be ashura avatar with max senjutsu , ma and pa , combined with sasuke's bijuu PS amped up by a RSM chakra cloak and jugo's CM along with jj madara's destruction incarnate.

Thats the only way i could see them busting the planet , Juubi V2 TBB , Multiple element FRS/TBB , PS slash , Indra Arrow , CST with shadow clones GG.

Edit: Your whole statement about them not being able to create planets is build on what...Your opinion. Hagoromo and Hamura created a Celestial Body that is strong enough to hold a Universal Being. Naruto destroyed Asteroids which is a big difference which are minor planets. Face Manga facts

FRS /w Senjutsu is a moutain buster

Apparently Ashura's avatars techniques are continent busters (from what I read in a debate comment against Indra arrow) - Indra Arrow included.

Dunno if they were right, do not care either. I do not doubt they are planet busters or at least close to it. Sasuke destroyed a chidori with a meteor, and Naruto shattered a portion of the Moon's surface with a single punch. In Naruto's terms they are Gods, in DBZ's world they just became yellow belt XD
