Lets say a normal man with a knife going to kill a good police and the police is trying to bring back the normal man without any killing intention...

- The academy was nothing more than a sparring match. It was practically a grade for school. I wouldn't count that as an actual fight.

-Orochimaru's lair wasn't even a fight. Sasuke just punked them and took off.

Sasuke won the first fight in the valley and the second valley fight was a draw.
