(reason for this being a little high is because sasuke is too hasty and that costs him most battles, if he were to think calmly and analyse the situation clearly then i think he would be better than itachi with EMS, but clearly not)

How? Naruto can detect his enemies without seeing or hearing them, so Kabutos technique wouldnt be usefull.

Sensing abilities doesnt really matter when we are talking about technique of such large scale as TBB. Moreover, we cant even say if Kabuto would be able to react to Narutos speed.

About the Vibration thing-Naruto could just go several miles away in an instant and then TBB from a distance....there's one option. Or SM which could detect him.

Itachi was able to use Susanoo, so I see no reason why Naruto wouldnt be able to use his chakra arms.
