Just because you changed your "theory" (not sure how this is a theory in anyway shape or form) so it's a genjutsu similar to IT and saying this mystery jutsu has all the power of IT, minus the requirements for it.
Still doesn't' change the fact you put it in you title, nor does it change my rebuttal to it. The jutsu you describe doesn't exist, nor would it ever.

Naruto and Bee are not immune to IT. It affected him in the movie. It also affected Bee in the manga's version of IT. Direct scanlation confirms Naruto would be affected by IT. It's 100% manga cannon, not a theory. OP's theory is sadly too legit to actually happen.

1. I haven' t changed anything. i wrote "similar" from the beginning.
2. No! Read properly! It's a weaker version, which cant affect the whole world but only one single person.
The "big" version needs 9 tomoed rinnegan, sasuke has 6 tomoed rinnegan.
3. It doesnt exist?! So what is the genjutsu Sasuke used against the bijuu? You knew that this one existed?!
Kishi gives Jutsus which fit to the plot. Sasuke got the swap technique to cooperate perfectly with Narutos shadow clones, Kakashi got PS and Kamui for the "Team 7 - plot".
And if Kishi wants to make such a twist like i discribed, Sasuke will probably get this variation of IT. There are no mangafacts that forbid him that.

If you dont think it's his style than thats ok. But if you want to argue against it, than read my theory properly. Your points are bullsh*t....no offence...

2. I did read that, and it's a bullshit cop out. You just made up a jutsu. Your "big reason" is also poor.
3. What sasuke did was more inline with what Madara and Obito did to Kurama, not IT. Giving power ups is Kishi's job not yours. He is the author of the manga, you are the author of fanfiction. Here's a manga fact: people in IT don't eat or drink. Without shinju Naruto would be dead inside two weeks. Sasuke can't control shinju without being a juubi jin.
How does Naruto being put in a genjustu that he can't break out of for years, yet somehow doesn't die without food or water, yet the justu can be broken easy by someone else just because, fit into Kishi's plot? Sorry I don't see it. Maybe you can write the whole fanfic and post that later.
Dude, you asked me what I though of your theory. It's poorly thought out and based on fanfiction (you just giving sasuke powers just cuz) . I'm sorry if this opinion left you butt hurt, but "reading you theory properly" doesn't mean agreeing with it's dumb premise.

2. & 3. What are you talking about?! Made up a jutsu?! In every battle we have seen so far was a new jutsu or at least a variation of it! So what is wrong with a variation of IT or a new genjutsu?!
Let me ask you a question: If i would have stated before 692 that Sasuke is going to paralyze all bijuu with a genjutsu in a glance, and use CT with them as cores? You obviously would have said "it's a bullshit cop out. You just made up a jutsu. Giving power ups is Kishi's job not yours."
