Correct me if in wrong, but Kyuubi Chakra Mode is possible only because Naruto basically fought, stole Kuramas chakra, and then resealed him right?

In other words, KCM is only accessible to Naruto because he has Kurama pinned down.

So once Kurama voluntarily started giving him Chakra, he then accessed Bijuu Mode.

Then why at any time then, is he able to use KCM then? It's more than a lower powered state like SSJ1 compared to SSJ2 for example.

When he was fighting obito, he was in BM but his clones were in KCM. That shouldn't be possible because Kurama is no longer sealed

Yes when he still not befriend with Kurama yet(after he pinned kurama down with Tori seal and created new seal), he cant access BM even though he can used Kurama chakra.

How kcm vs pain? He needed to go threw the waterfall first and defeat the evil inside of him or lose to Kurama and die aka no kcmvspein

Basically what Naruto used vs Pain was KCM. But the different is Naruto was not the one in full control of that Mode

This and Naruto wasn't able to use Tailed Beast Bomb in KCM form.

When Naruto first entered KCM Kurama hadn't been re-sealed, so that is not the condition for this mode.

One distinction between KCM and regular KM is Kurama's emotional influence. Basically, KCM is Kurama's chakra without the influence from his hatred, which was why Naruto had to overcome his hatred before entering the mode.

Then again, hosts of other beasts can't attain this mode even with the beast's full cooperation (Killer B) so probably this mode is only unique to Kurama/Naruto for some unknown reasons.

Regardless of why there's such a distinction, if Naruto was somehow able to enter KCM after receiving Kurama chakra, Kurama should be able to give Naruto the required chakra to replicate the same feat after befriending him , only now Naruto doesn't have to defeat him to forcefully extract the chakra from him.
