Naruto in English?

hey guys i was just wondering. In japan, they publish Naruto volumes, right? but they are in Japanese. So is it possible that if i went to japan i would find some material in English for Naruto as ell as other mangas?

I know they have newspapers in English for the tourists and businessmen, but I don't know if they would go through the trouble of translating manga in English when that happens already in other parts of the world. So I doubt you'll be able to find English manga
