Chapter 1 :

Loud cheers are heard from every corner of the villages, children and adults alike flood the streets, all anxiously waiting the announcement of their new Hokage. Girls braiding each others hair whilst the boys play football, adults stand around talking amongst themselves trying to predict the new Hokage.
*Tsunade makers here way to a raised platform on top of the Hokage mansion, with in seconds the village is silent, people rush to get a good spot, all crowding around the building, several children try to push their way to the front, others sit on their parents shoulders*
Tsunade: Thank you for gathering here for the announcement of the new Hokage, I appreciate your patience and I have one last speech to make before I officially resign. I know times have been hard the past few years, we have lost many loved ones through the war and have had to rebuild not only our village, but our entire system from scratch, I unfortunately cannot carry on as Hokage but I can assure you the new Hokage is very competent.
*She takes a pause, there is still silence, even with the whole village gathered*
Tsunade: He has helped me out on many occasions, from convincing me to take on the role as Hokage and protecting the village from pain, he is a village hero. I present the new Hokage, Uzumaki Naruto.
The village erupts in cheers, it is deafening, children all clap whilst several women are reduced to tears, everybody is happy for the new Hokage. Naruto makes his way onto the platform, the village goes silent again.
Naruto: I thank you all for comnig out today and thank you all for the great reception.
*Naruto has a beaming grin on his face*
Naruto: Thank you Tsunade for the speech and thank you to all the Jonin who supported me.
*Naruto's face drops into a more stern and serious expression*
Naruto: Let us not forget the countless Shinobi who gave their lives for peace in the war, people Like Iruka-Sensei, Guy-Sensei and Shino Aburame. This were just a few of the many Heroes from not just our village, but our allies villages as well. I can assure you I will do everything in my power to preserve this new found peace, even if it means giving my own life. Thank you all for trusting in me.
*He leaves the platform, making his way down to his office, more cheers are given off, fireworks fill the sky and the village is very cheerful, despite people feeling very moved by his speech, everyone still appears to be happy*

The scene cuts to the same hideout, very poorly lit and made of stone, it is completely opposite to what the village is like. Cold and silent. Footsteps are heard, getting louder each step.
???: Tobi-Sama, Madara-Sama, I have gathered the recruits in the pit like instructed, they are waiting patiently for you.
Madara: Very good, Yokichi.
Tobi: How many are there?
Yokichi: About 150, this could be an interesting fight.
*Tobi chuckles menacingly*
Tobi: Indeed.
The three walk through countless corridors, deep into their hideout, they reach a large set of wooden doors, torches either side of them. Madara leads the way, opening the doors, the stand over a large pit, full of numerous Shinobi, the room goes quiet.
Madara: You are all here because you despise the new ninja system, you feel as though your loved ones died in vain, us 3 understand this pain. You feel betrayed by your village, we understand this betrayal. However, we can only recruit 6 of you Shinobi.
There is a pause, the gathered men and women begin to mutter amongst themselves.
Madara: Mokuton: Grand Prison Jutsu.
*Wooden pillars arise from the ground, forming a large prison around the Shinobi*
There are shouts and pleas asking to be released, all of them knowing what is in store.
Tobi: We cannot let any of you go, in case word of our activity are leaked, all of you will fight to the death until only 6 remain, the 6 that survive will be granted power beyond your wildest dreams.
Madara: This is not optional, if more than 6 of you remain standing 2 nights from now, all of you shall perish.
The Shinobi looked up in shock, the three of them leave the room, closing the doors behind, there is a brief silence, then the clash of metal is heard behind them.
Madara: It has begun.
