[Theory] Naruto Hokage, and the Council of the Leaf

Has anyone thought of the current main leaf characters like Lee, Ten-Ten, Sakura, etc forming a council, under the hokage?
It seems like that would be an element if Naruto comes back with a new series (Konohamaru cough* cough*)...

No, I actually think sasuke need to be of an high power next to naruto, he seems to want to do something and he can't when he lacks power, hopefully it's something good and not bad.

I was actually upset when they made this hokage system, I wanted madara to be up there in power beseide hashirama, because you know he was the one that basically decided to give the village thing a chance.

Sasuke should just cooperate and believe in Naruto to be hokage, because sauce wants to do everything on his own. That just can't fly.

Ninja Villages use Clan Heads as council Member, Lee,Sakura and Ten ten are not members of a Clan,they can only be advisors and advisors don't vote only Clan Heads do.
