That was just an eye, but a whole arm might be another story, if he can restore a whole arm then that healing ability of his is truly OP.

Though I doubt that Sasuke's and Naruto's arms in The Last are made of Hashirama cells like Obito so I guess Naruto's healing is the only option here.

But if you look at the pics from the movie: The Last, it looks like naruto has reverted to his BSM instead of RM. So he may have lost his final powerup that allowed him to restore limbs.

When naruto uses his regeneration powers, he heals perfectly. So why would he have bandages wrapped around his arm if he healed himself?

He look's better with 1 hands as he got to much free power up's he gets. So ill say let him suffer.
