The next page show both yin and yang kurama are alongside each other ,having a conversation.Minato told Naruto that he is counting on him,which mean he cannot do anything because of his right hand was destroy ,he left yin kurama to finish the job with naruto.

Since Naruto have yin and yang chakra ,he was able to give k11 a power boost which was Biju mode level chakra (seen from the lastest chapter) instead of a kyubi cloak

People said that Naruto did not have full Kurama in this forum but it was a wrong assumption.
