Naruto have Powered Up

Naruto have powered up but don't know how to use it yet.

If you read carefully in chapter 573 page 3, Obito clearly states that he knows the limits of the 9 tails power then he checked himself and said "This strange feeling isn't coming from Naruto's strength...!" Obito then asked two questions what is it? and What happened? Obito also used his sheringan to check Naruto's Chakra and saw that he has the power of all the tailed beasts combined. Obito also said NO... in a tone of shock then said it doesn't matter what Naruto is.

Obito already knows the power of the 9 tails so why would he ask those questions?
What does Obito mean when he stated that it doesn't matter what Naruto is?
Why is there nine Chakra element symbols around Naruto if he haven't leveled up?
Can there be 2 ten tails? one that Madara and Tobi will resurrect from the chakra of all the tail beasts and the other is Naruto himself?
I asked myself those questions and could only come up with one answer. He is the 10 tails

It can't be because Sasuke and Oro went to look for the man that know everything and they are away from the battlefield.

Yeah the theme about "its that power again" has become recurring and definitely has some meaning. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
