Nah, the cloak could probably tank it. In Part I, 1 Tail Cloak Naruto tanked a Goukakyuu like it was nothing. If Rasenshuriken could be used as a frontal shield.... that'd be sick. BM cloak could tank it, block it with a chakra arm or something. But it all depends on the condition theyre both in.

Rasenshuriken goes for chakra tunnels. These chakra senbon aim to pierce vital spots such as(but not limited to);
-Heart
-Brain
-Lung
-Kidney
-Etc, Etc


They are not the same at all friend. Besides the fact that they are sharp... This senbon does not operate on a microscopic, and that's only the beginning of the differences. BM Naruto easily tanks these senbon, regardless of their size. If it were Genma's senbon, I could understand, but that's neither here nor there.

Until I see it flop off the cloak senbon in fact shuts down the chakra network.

Its non canon but chidori senbon works in different ways:

It doesn't have to be microscopic, it works in the exact same way though, its because they are different that it doesn't, and because naruto and sasuke are similar that it is.

Rasen shuriken is way more powerful than chidori senbon. Chidori senbon acts on physical level it is like jiraiyas hair senbon but rasenshuriken acts at a microscopic level it doesn't damage the physical body but goes inside to destroy the organs and chakra network and that makes the person neva a ninja since you have been rendered useless if you survive it.

Bijuu mode can tank chidori senbon. chidori senbon is not as powerful as juubidama and katon mekiyaku and katon meshitsu which was used together but were all tanked by bijuu cloak
