It's like you refuse to use any sort of logic. Ameno works through field of vision, as a Rinnegan user Sasuke has Ashura's Yang and therefore the chakra reserves to use teleportation as far as he can see. It's the same with Amaterasu.

If you think Sasuke is still restricted to 20m even though he currently has the ability to travel through dimensions which Obito says is extremely chakra taxxing then you might as well admit you riding Naruto's D.

His speed & sensory would be his best bet to be able to counter Anemo.. But Kamui is a dimensional space/time that's different from Ameno swapping objects.

His portal dimension would have to be set up ahead of time because it take a few seconds to fully open it, then he has to overpower Naruto to get him into it...
I just don't see it happening with all the chakra that he'd use... His portal jumping tech isn't good for a battle tactic because he loses so much if it fails.. (Like having to re-charge his eye & being low on cihakra)
