Naruto didnt said it Recklessly but Kishi foreshadowed that naruto can use Banbutsu Sozo(Yin-Yang Release)

According to Naruto wiki,Banbutsu Sozo is:-

''The process he used is explained to have initially involved the administration of imagination, and the spiritual energy which forms the basis of Yin chakra to create physical forms from nothingness. Then, through the application of vitality, and the physical energy which forms the basis of Yang chakra, he would breathe life into the resulting creations.''

Inshort,You can do ''Anything'' by using Banbutsu Sozo

Naruto was keep saying that he can do anything E.g After using 8 gates Gai would be dead and Not even Medical ninjutsu could save his a$$ but Naruto revived him.

How? Answer is that by using Banbutsu sozo.

8 tailed beast's and 1 tailed beast's powers were sealed by obito not by SO6P So sealing of 9 bijuus into naruto wasn't what SO6P actually gave to naruto.

SO6P gave something else to naruto which is Banbutsu Sozo(Yin-Yang Release).

TBH, I would sooner believe Sasuke could pull of Banbutsu Sozo than I would Naruto simply because during the explanation of Banbutsu a depiction of a Sasuke 'a Rinnengan was shown behind the Sage with yin and yang within the eye.

If u want to say Naruto can utilize COAT u need more proof. (Wikia is edited by the public by the way)

To say Naruto can use Banbutsu Sōzō is the same as to declare that Kakashi can use Kirin and Raiton no Yoroi. Naruto has a Senjutsu, Gudōdama, which base on the same Seishitsuhenka(Onmyōton) as Banbutsu Sōzō, but BS has other requirements than Gudōdama.

Sorry to say that, but you have a wrong understanding of Onmyōton and Banbutsu Sōzō. I will try to explain it~

First of all, Onmyōton is a Seishitsuhenka. Jiraiya declared Onmyōton as the sixth basic element. What's Seishitsuhenka anyway?

[Chakra can change its element, and influence the basic qualities. To let accept chakra the properties of one element, the Shinobi must apply Seishitsuhenka -性質変化 natural change-. Every element(Seishitsu) owns special qualities which it predestines for certain uses.

In short: With Seishitsuhenka chakra changes its basic properties.]

What's Onmyōton?

{ In and Yō ("yin yang") is the yin yang-element. Seishitsuhenka with this nature is called Onmyōton ("yin-yang release"). These Seishitsuhenka(chakra-release) is based on the concurrent use of Inton and Yōton.
Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki has used Onmyōton in the ability Banbutsu Sōzō to create nine Bijū from the chakra of the Jūbi. The Jutsu Izanagi is based on this ability and Madara Uchiha used Onmyōton to clone Hashiramas cells and to create Shiro Zetsu too.

What's Gudōdama?

Gudōdama is a Senjutsu of Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki-also known as the Sage of the Six Paths- and of the Jūbis Jinchūriki. The Jinchūriki of Jūbi and Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki can apply a black rod which exists according to Hiruzen Sarutobi at least of four different basic elements. Tobirama founds out that it concerns Onmyōton which can dissolve all Ninjutsu.

In short: Gudōdama is a Senjutsu. The Senchakra which is used for Gudōdama shows the properties of In(Yin) and Yō(Yang) and of four other basic elements(Kihon Seishitsu). The basic elements are Hi(fire), Kaminari(thunder), Tsuchi(Earth), Mizu(water) and Kaze(wind).


The answer to the question, if Naruto can use Banbutsu Sōzō is:

No! Sure, Gudōdama is the proof that Naruto mastered the Seishitsuhenka Onmyōton, but Danzo(Izanagi), Obito(before he became Jinchūriki) and Madara did the same. Banbutsu Sōzō uses In and Yō differently than Gudōdama and Izanagi anyway.
