The impressive part wasn't Naruto punching Kaguya, he did that already. It was Naruto breaking free from his bindings that was impressive.

she really doesn't if you understand how taijutsu hits work in this manga. It's all relative to the strength and durability of the target. That's why Sakura can make such a massive explosion when she punches raw earth, yet her punches look like normal hits

mindless juubito probably hits way harder than sakura as he could destroy the gates that bound the juubi and just run through EMS Sasuke's ribcage susanoo with physical strength alone. He simply just didn't get a chance to display it by punching the ground with his full strength.

JJ Madara in turn is way more powerful and durable than mindless juubito (as SM Madara is much more physically powerful than obito and Madara has more juubi power), yet Naruto in base can overpower him. Kaguya is probably way more powerful and durable than Madara, yet Naruto with han's powers was able to get through her chakra arm and overpower her to the point where she gets sent into a cliff.

Gai, Naruto, Juubito, Juubidara, Kaguya, the juubi, PS, even shinsuusenjuu should all hit much harder than Sakura does.

Naruto is stronger than sakura and tsunade but for a short amount of time. He cannot maintain that massive power burst however, as long as the hyakugou chakra is still active, sakura and tsunade can maintain that level of strength so it is longer lasting than naruto's power. If it's an arm wrestle though, naruto wins hands down.
