Knowledge-wise rsm should have made him the most knowledgeable.

He already knows jutsu and seals he just doesn't know he does. Like how he didn't know he could replace organs or fly.

It's an innate ability that Naruto doesn't understand. He didn't think about flying until he had to. the same with the other things he did.

I'd rather Naruto work hard to gain knowledge rather than automatically have it due to an amazing power-up.

Besides, Naruto is not one of the smartest guys, simply having knowledge of things wouldn't mean he'd be able to analyze his opponents, formulate strategies in battle whilst fighting, and successfully do them - that's Sasuke.

Sasuke's intelligence>Naruto's, regardless of Naruto having all the knowledge in the world or not.

Now if you really want to know who's had the worst nerf then it's by far Sasuke, but i'll cover that in my own thread whenever I come back to this site.

Mark my words, it's something no one here's even smart enough to have thought about. Since you think Naruto not using RSM, (something he got at the beginning end of the story) to his full advantage is a big deal, then Sasuke not using his amazing powers (that he had since the beginning of the story) to his full advantage is without a doubt alot more significant. That coupled with his high intelligence.
