The Person that Provided everything needed for Naruto to Grow up well and Even being Hokage always Ignored his Mistakes. Naruto told him stop Treating me like you're my grandfather. Obviously he dont have any blood relation to Naruto still he always Showned to have a Grandfather like Image towards Naruto.

For this I got a Theory :
1. Look at the 3 Guys in the above picture They are 3 Main Guys of there Time We Know who the 2 are Hashirama & His Bro Tobirama & other one is standing next to Tobirama Means he is in the same league as Them.
2. Look at the Below Picture Three sannins we all know O'maru, Tsunade & Jiraya. So what is My point Right I say The Guys in Above Pic are Related by Blood to the People in Below Pic ,How ?
3. The Unknown Guy & O'Maru = either Father Son Or Grandfather & Grandson.
Tsunade & Hashirama = Grandfather & GrandDaughter.
Tobirama & Jiraya = Father & Son.
[Note : Take a Look at the Facial Similarities Look at the Hair Style Matches, Face Cut is almost same And in the Jiraya's case see the red Marking on the Face of both Jiraya & Tobirama.]
4. So This is Kinda simple to Understand the Theory of Jiraya & Tsunade are Parents of Minato Cause, Jiraya & Tsunade was Indirectly Cousins. so this was one of the reasons for Tsunade to Hide Minato's Reality from Jiraya & Rest of the Village. Obviously Jiraya was Perv so he didnt care about cousins either way.
5. And Its True in Naruto There Can be Relationship betwwen two Blood Relatives, can be seen in Hasirama & Mito Marriage.
6. Plus Minato Uses the Same Techniques as Tobirama. so basically Minato has Combination of his Father & Grandfather(jiraya & Tobirama). same goes for Naruto Who uses Same Technique as his father & his Grandfather(Minato & Jiraya)
7. Minato Kinda Looks Like Tobirama, Plus Tobi said he sees 1st hokage in Naruto means Tsunade is Confirmed to be Naruto's Grandma.
8. Jiraya Probably Didnt knew about him being Tobirama's son, but Later Learns the Truth From 3rd Hokage, But Eventually Jiraya & Tsunade find out they are Blood Relatives somehow so they Tsunade tryna avoid Jiraya as much as she Can & knowing how Perv Jiraya is He didnt cared about it.
9. So Its really simple Only to Hide the Fact that minato is her & Jirayas son, Tsunade didnt wanted people to know the Truth, so she leaved the Village.
