I think everyone's getting a little off topic now the point is that at the moment Naruto has a better defence and offense at the moment and his speed is far greater than Sasuke's but that's to be expected Sasuke hasn't had his given power up yet.

Though Sasuke does take the intelligence in preparation before a battle but during that's anyone's game Naruto has shown time and time again strategies that have caught even the most veteran ninja off guard...

When Pain had Naruto stuck to the ground by his chakra rods, that could of been the win point right there if he was going for the kill. Give thanks to Hinata.
