Don't underestimate Sasuke's EMS Susanoo and he can use Amaterasu for defenses abilities also. Kabutos words:"Best attack and best defense"

Pein wiped out the whole Leaf village, killed many high level shinobi and made tsunade his b1tch. Im pretty sure a retard couldn't compete against this. Sasuke on the other hand would have died more then once in his fight with Bee plus had 3 other Jounin lvl shinobi with him and was still out smarted by Bee.
