Sage Mode allows Greater sense perception as well greater body power its ben stated before in the Manga several times it has nothing to do with the Sharigan at all.

It's hardly useless, Naruto doesn't have the premonition type sensing the Sharingan delivers. Even so that makes Naruto even more impressive.

Also no genjutsu, which is a huge part of Sharingan.

Not only the points that have been mentioned, but it is also the cost that makes sharingan more effective for perceptive abilities. It takes an insane amount of chakra and control to maintain Sage Mode, meanwhile it is almost no feat to keep the sharingan activated a whole fight for an Uchiha, even if they are repeatedly using Mangekyou.

Strictly on perceptive abilities, the Sharingan is actually more practical Sage Mode. This is why they cannot be compared like this, because their overall effective uses have strength in completely different areas, Body and Mind.

He does have it, that doesn't mean he can make the markings appear, that doesn't necessarily mean that it doesn't apply to the other abilities.

How is SM copied when story wise it's been around back in Hashirama's time. Naruto learned it to fight Pain who has the Rinnegan, yes he won due to plot but it wasn't learned to fight Sasuke but someone stronger. No he doesn't have senjutsu, if he did then his Amaterasu would have hurt Obito and he wouldn't need Juugo to give his Susanoo Senjutsu. He didn't absorb it, Naruto gave it to him and Sasuke was using it. If he used it all or still has some of Kurama's chakra is unknown but just because it doesn't show the cloak doesn't mean it's not there as we learned when Naruto and Minato gave the alliance Yin-Yang cloaks.

You're thinking like well since Hashirama was born before Naruto sage mode comes before sharingan. You also forget that Madara was there as well lol.

Same goes for Naruto's BSM TBB, same goes for that claw slash that hit the black thing. Also why didn't Naruto and Sasuke just go right through the black stuff that Obito put up instead of having Shikimaru them come with rasengans? Sasuke sword had senjutsu on it.

He needs Jugo only to activate the markings. He did absorb the cloak....that's the power of Juugo's senjutsu. Haven't you noticed they Sasuke and jugo are the only ones who don't have it anymore? His senjutsu passively absorbs chakra. It is there, its apart of his body though, it didn't spring back up like everyone else's. Its inside his body.
