Well for one he can't even dodge all attacks. He can't dodge genjutsu, he can't dodge chibaku tensei, he can't dodge shinra tensei, he can't dodge bansho tenin, and etc. Saying he can dodge all attacks is ignorant.

Not too sure about the whole dodging thing here, considering he actually does get hit a lot, he more of an offensive type of ninja versus a defensive type of ninja. To always be on the attack would negate the whole "dodging" thing, which is more of a defensive posture. I think that's why he utilizes so many clones, cause he charges in really hard and headlong. That's what he gets scolded for a lot since he doesn't even plan his moves a lot of times. I think that's also why he needs all that stamina (high chakra level), durability and drive, cause he's not really a "genius" ninja either. However, I will give him credit for thinking outside of the box when it comes to solutions (having Son Goku barf out all those clones).
