Naruto has prefect chakra control in Last

EDIT: By perfect I mean he has better chakra control than Sakura and Tsunade, who were praised so much for their chakra control

Those who watched the Last saw how Naruto concentrated Kurama's chakra he had (some of the Kurama was fighting outside, but Naruto still had the rest) in his hand and literally destroyed Toneri. Naruto definitely concentrated far greater amount of chakra in his hand that Sakura can.

Then when Naruto hits Toneri's face, the ground beneath them is obliterated, to make such destruction of earth Sakura has to hit ground directly, while Naruto did that by hitting someone face who was standing on the ground. Sakura's chakra control is no longer a feat.

chakra control alone cannot break you out of genjutsu, you first have to realize that it is genjutsu and Naruto did not even realize he was fought in genjutsu
