Naruto has permanently lost BM and KCM -- at least until after the war arc

I think NB needs to admit that this is the likely answer. Now that Madara has both halves of the Kyuubi chakra, there is unlikely anyway to extract them until the time he is defeated. Whatever small amount exists in the Kohaku no Jōhei, it is probably just barely enough to revive him to a survivable status.

I think Naruto will need to awaken Super-Sage mode or whatever version of it Hashirama had, and then work with healed Sasuke and the others to take down Madara. Any hope of NB's delusional theory of Naruto "soloing Madara" have gone completely out the window. BM Naruto was nowhere near a match for Juubito, even as an incomplete and mostly incompetent 10 tails Jinch. What hope does Naruto have without Kurama? Answer isn't so good. At this point Sasuke >> base Naruto.

Oro or Karin can heal him, or possibly Mystery Man. Naruto is going to die without Kyuubi chakra being reinserted. Even if he gets the Kinkaku chakra... well, heh. Do we really think Kinkaku has enough Kyuubi juice to bring back the BM chakra? Of course not, that would be silly. Naruto has lost BM for the foreseeable future, probably for good. KCM chakra was what he took directly from Kurama, but that was also extracted. I think Naruto actually dies at this point, as in dead dead.

The alliance will pull some power of friendship bullshit and the Shinju tree will resurrect him as Naruto-verse Jesus, since he is the main character.

You must be setting yourself up for a disappointment. Current sasuke and naruto are few seconds from death they can't even fight how does one defeat the other? you are making it sound like sasuke is slightly injured and naruto is dead....! dude they are both in same situation and they will both get back on their feet at the same time....! karin said she has a bad feeling about mystery man and you are saying he is gonna help sasuke....! well i'm not saying he won't but if odds are against naruto then same is the case with sasuke....! mystery man or karin may save sasuke.... and gin kin chakra or sakura or minato(he may have placed a seal on zetsu) may save naruto....!
