Originally it took Naruto at least 1 clone to allow him to create a rasengan.

Kurama provides the chakra, but naruto is the one that controls it. This was already proven when we learned that it was naruto who matched everyone in the alliances chakra pattern and passed it to them himself. Kurama had nothing to do with it. He was even impressed by naruto's control.

Not necessarily, naruto formed a hand seal which began to rotate the chakra in his tails which created the rasengan, when his arms do it, they were uses as his own arms to manipulate the rotation of the chakra.

1. Naruto is controlling the kyuubi's chakra.
2. Naruto and kurama's chakra is merged together, so kurama's chakra is naruto's chakra (there the same)
3. Kyuubi hasn't ever shown any influencial effect on naruto's chakra since they merged together.
