It wasn't only sasuke using that sword, it was a sword used by sasuke's susanoo covering naruto's kurama form, empowered by naruto's standard sage mode, which was deciding factor. Remember gamakichi made discovery that tsb were affected by standard sage mode chakra, tobirama noticed it, then minato started using sage mode as well, it was a whole ting, manga facts.
