he still can the clone is basically him the clones experiences are even passed to Naruto after they poof. end days is probably right about hinata spoiling him. But with the shadow clone jutsu as long as his son doesn't hit the clone to hard (even then we've seen some clones take a hit) he can be with him all day, if he accuidently poofs naruto will be alerted by the jutsu and send another clone to him
Agreed, for all we know Naruto was there for his family all until recently when he had to prepare to become Hokage and shortly after since he just become Hokage in 700. Bolt might not like the the change so is acting up. Naruto saying the village is his family now is exactly how Hashirama wanted it, he wanted the barrier between clans to be tested down so they saw the village as their family and that is how it is by the end. Happened during Kakashi's reign since Naruto just became Hokage but he did play apart in changing the world.
(not saying Narutos a bad father just saying he can spend more time with him) To gokus defense whenever he was around he spend alot of time with gohan training him or being with him. When he wasn't the guy was freaking DEAD. and its not like goku asked for villains to attack the world or anything, even when they did he spend time with gohan. The only instance of goku truely being a horrible father is at the end of dbz when he leaves his family to train a random 10 year old
