Here is 3 things that pose a Huge Problem.

Sasuke knows Naruto's Techniques and Fighting Style

Sasuke CT(SoloClap) is super OP

and his Genjutsu is OP

Naruto knows of sasuke's technique and he knows how to fight rinnegan users

Naruto has already busted far larger CT's than sasuke has showcased

Multiple Tailed Beasts/Sensing > Visual based Genjutsu.

Yeah naruto sure doesn't stand any chance

My point is that naruto is not immune to sasukes genjutsu abymore.
And that if he decides to make naruto a chibaku tensei (in which he is the center) there is no way to stop the gravity effect that we know of other than sasuke himself canceling the jutsu.

No where in my post did I mention Naruto being as you put it "Immune" I stated he was very effective against any Genjutsu put on him Sharennigan or Sharigan doesn't matter.
Just because it worked against the TB doesn't automatically make it 100% effective, something that works on A doesn't work on B understand me right? Naruto has perfect SM, has vast chakra has many things that can counter this new CT of Sasuke's don't assume it'll work just because it worked on them thats just very naive.

The answer is pretty simple and straight forward in my opinion. The show is named after Naruto and he's the main protagonist. No character is op enough to beat the storyline. Either Naruto will win or both will lose/die.

Naruto has one thing Sasuke doesn't that is working for him. Plot no jutsu. Naruto being the main character defaults win over anything that all the fanboy's have to say. I am ready to see all the fanboy's cry and whine when this happens. Do I think Naruto will have a hard time, yes. Do I think he will loose, not likely since the manga is named Naruto not Sasuke.

Regarding, instant genjutsu paralysing the bijuu: Sasuke paralysed the bijuu as they were separate beings that did not share their consciousness within their physical bodies. Naruto having chakra from all 9 bijuu is a being with 10 different consciousnesses and is the host who houses the psych-plane that is the meeting place to all the beasts.
Hence, trying to put Naruto under genjutsu is by no means similar to paralysing the 9 bijuu at once.
