He does NOT have SAGE MODE neither does he have a KYUBII. He may have the Sages chakra but I dont see his body energies in sage mode. That is strictly for Naruto

I think the word you're looking for is stamina, since those two seems to be interchangeable. And that Naruto has a 5 in stamina in DB II and III.

Sasuke chakra is more powerful but Naruto has more so it levels out. Uchiha have strong chakra Senju have an abundance. Just look at Hashi and Madara

naruto's chakra quality makes jutsu stronger

Comparing Naruto and Sasuke ........who is more powerful.
If Naruto is more powerful then what the he11 he need Sasuke to fight Madara, together.
