Hence, Naruto learnt it by himself and Kurama regarded that as the six parths...

Anyways it was way powerful to take down Kurama and that too by just one user.
this aint the same Mokutan seal as used by Hashi...

I believe this power will be used by Naruto in the war for sure...
Maybe to seal the Juubi or separate all beasts from the Juubi

I always thought that the "cage" and the environment in Naruto's subconscious was just a bunch of visual metaphors, for the sake of clarity in storytelling.

The seal was applied to him by someone else. He sealed it back up using part of his own power, so now his own chakra has been added to it, so it looks different now. It's not just the gates that have been added, but the bars of the cage look different too. Perhaps Naruto's chakra is similar to the Sage's chakra, so the visual representation of this is to have the restraints resemble what the Sage used and for Kurama to note the similarity.

Kushina had an eight trigrams seal on her, but the chakra used to bind the Ninetails (in her seal, when helping Naruto, when restraining the ninetails) looks like chains, so her own chakra had to have been involved in the making of her seal.

In summary: He didn't learn a new seal. He has the key to open and close the one he already has. His own personal chakra was used to perform the action needed to reclose it. To represent a change in the chakra used to restrain Kurama, they changed the visuals a bit to make the restraints more personal to Naruto.

Naruto knows a seal it just that since naruto can"t seal edo people take it that he knows non well, they re different kind of seals with different uses naruto"s for caging tailed beast. You can"t deny that he know no seal if so what will you can the one he used to seal kurama after their battle. That fact that naruto can unseal and seal the cage absolutely means he knows the seal well.
