Naruto was already caught by Kaguya(when she said she hated hagaromo and hamura), pls he already saw it happen to Sasuke , so he was intel'd up on that technique, plus he has a clone observing the area. Nardo's reflexes aren't really impressive to be fair they only seem to be slightly above KCM. Put Sasuke in the same situation after seeing Kaguya use that technique on someone else, and not only will he dodge but easily counter attack.

I just don't get why you people refuse to see them as equals. Kishi has made it this way and all along, Sasuke and Naruto (since meeting the sage) have been ping ponging their skills, in order to show us SOME of what they can do. Actually it's not. Kaguyas jutsu works like kamui, where she can shift dimensions or sneak up on someone. Sasuke jutsu has no warning sign and Sasuke can strike Naruto at the same moment he teleports him lleaving no room for counters like here.
