Why is it Naruto fans get mad when Sasuke fans have a good point, and vice versa?

I mean really, Naruto is the main character. He'll be saved more from death. But he'll also save more people as well.

Comparing Sasuke and Naruto's goals and accomplishments aren't really a good thing. They're after completely different goals. Sasuke doesn't want to save many people, Naruto does. Sasuke wants to use power for peace, Naruto wants to use love.

They both got saved more than really needed.

Sasuke has nothing that can compare to this. In addition to this, both got saved numerous times.. that's what matters. Funny you didn't mention Itachi saving Sasuke from Orochimaru during their Grande-Battle or Itachi basically saving Sasuke from Danzō..

It doesn't matter who's been saved more. Both have been saved numerous times and that's what matters.. Naruto has saved more than been saved. Sasuke.. I would say they're about equal so Naruto clearly has a better record.

Also, Hashirama saved Sasuke from revenge.. Lol

Why would it matter anyway? People have lives/their own decisions and Naruto's some of main themes are "friends" and "teamwork"; it is good that a character needs others because other way; it would be unrealistic. It is good that other characters are actually being able to help Naruto...

And you forgot Lee saved Naruto from Kimimaro Lets hope it won't be another case of "shame".
