2 of the things on his list are pretty much possible.

If he becomes the Jubi's jinchuriki he'll get the Rinnegan anyway.

lol you don't need rinnegan to become Jinchuuriki for Juubi. Remember you need both Senju and Uchicha DNA to obtain Rinnegan, and Uchicha is related to Juubi (Sharingan) meanwhile Senju/uzumaki is related to Rikudou Sennin (life force) So if you need both Senju and Uchicha to obtain Rinnegan then it would make more sense that Rikudou as Senju obtained Rinnegan after sealing Juubi inside of him since we know that Jinchuuriki is sharing DNA with bijuus, etc 4 tails with lava release, etc Naruto with super healing power, etc bee with ink nature.
