He said that it's at least 4 elements. The part "at least" implies that it may be more than what Hiruzen had measured. In mathematics for instance, "at least" refers to being equal or greater amount and it should not be less than the minimum.

Not saying that I'm right. It just doesn't seem to sense that the TSB only has 4/5 of the natural elements.

That's not so bad if each has a different function. I mean, how important is how somethign will look when formed? I mean, magnet style ransengan does not explode like it's counter part, but becomes a sealing jutsu.
